About Us
Founded in 2002 by veteran Mr. Solomon Antony, who ventured into seafood processing and export since the late, sixties, Indian Aquatic Products ( IAP) by now has become one of the top marine product brands coming out of Kerala well known as "God's Own Country". Ideally located near to the pristine Ashtamudi Lake, adjacent to the Arabian Sea, thecompany’s location itself is ideal to bring the marine raw materials from the fish landing centers as fresh as possible.
The company is approved by the European Union ( EU No. 713) and is HACCP compliant as well. Currently it exports top quality frozen seafood to all countries across the world. From a serene stretch of land in the greenery rich Kerala, IAP’s frozen marine products have taken its name, fame and quality by now to the different parts of the world.
Two of the largest Fish landing centers in Kerala, i.e., Sakthikulangara Fishing Harbour and Neendakara Fishing Harbour, are just a few meters away from the factory. IAP also has the added advantage of the fishing boats being able to bring the raw materials directly to the company's own Landing Center. IAP is now equipped with Two Air blast Freezers with production capacity of Ten Tons per day and one plate freezer with capacity of Five Tons. IAP has a storing capacity of 400 MT. The company also has an integrated ice making unit.
